About the Research Project
Over the past year few years, we have been exploring the complex dynamics of trust within healthcare systems, learning from diverse communities across the UK who often face significant disparities in health outcomes and access to care.
Through co-creation groups, digital ethnography, surveys, interviews, and other forms of community engagement, we sought to capture the voices, experiences, and perceptions of people from these communities regarding their interactions with healthcare providers and institutions and how trust is formed and maintained.
